History of Innovative Dealmaking Since 1981
Peter Hauspurg and Daun Paris founded Eastern Consolidated in 1981 and built it into a dominant full-service commercial real estate company that was consistently ranked as one of New York City's top brokerage firms.
For decades, Eastern Consolidated was at the forefront of transactions that define the New York City skyline - selling office buildings on every major corridor, development sites and assemblages for future international hotels and office towers, and multifamily properties - in every corner of the five boroughs.
The company mobilized an entrepreneurial team of over 100 brokers, fluent in more than 15 languages; active in every borough and beyond to attain the greatest possible exposure for a property. Collaborations between brokers in the Investment Sales, Capital Advisory, and Retail Leasing Divisions created synergies resulting in repositioned retail assets, higher property values, and additional financing opportunities for clients nationwide.
A culture of innovation always set Eastern Consolidated apart, giving its deep bench of brokers from a wide range of professional backgrounds the freedom to develop services that benefit clients regardless of the business cycle.
