Max Bryce is an Associate at Eastern Consolidated specializing in the sale and acquisition of commercial property types ranging from  residential properties, office buildings, retail and development sites in New York City.

Mr. Bryce joined Eastern Consolidated with over six years of experience in the real estate market. His track record includes aggregate sales of over $50 million in residential real estate transactions.

Most recently, Mr. Bryce served as an Associate Broker at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where he was responsible for territory management, investment valuation and sales. Prior to that, he worked at Prudential Douglas Elliman as an Associate Broker and Foxtons North America as a Territory Manager where he successfully led and managed a team of eight agents and brokered more than 120 real estate transactions. 

Mr. Bryce is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.  As an undergraduate Mr. Bryce earned credits at Columbia University and later received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Queens College, City University of New York, with a Minor in Mathematics.
