Tara Thomas, since joining Eastern Consolidated in 1999, has focused on the consistent creation, structuring, management, distribution and integration of data for all of Eastern Consolidated’s marketing collateral, offering memoranda and proposals. She implements and maintains brand identity guidelines across all materials and determines areas where/when additional design solutions are needed.

Ms. Thomas establishes design solutions to maintain the corporate identity and provides comprehensive solutions through content evaluation and research for the creation and/or re-creation, manipulation, identification, application and management of  various forms of graphical data such as graphic designs, digital imagery, information graphics, vector images, CAD’s, sketches, renderings, story boards, etc. She consistently provides problem solving and training to the support staff on all Adobe software utilized by the company.

Ms. Thomas is also responsible for creating and distributing all the electronic and web based materials needed for economic alerts, newsletters and reports, creating various display and classified advertisements, providing transactional data for surveys and rankings, researching more cost effective methods for document production, spearheading and managing the creation of all location maps, maintaining the website content data for all property listings, web profiles, signature deals, client list, articles, newsletters and reports as well as the management of the company’s signage program.

Ms. Thomas is a graduate of Columbia University.
