Paul Nigido is a highly regarded real estate professional with over fifteen years of experience providing market analysis, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, asset/loan analysis, financial due diligence, and structure of cash-flow assumptions and projections.  He has developed numerous commercial projects and coordinated the negotiation of equity and debt restructuring of office buildings. 

Mr. Nigido comes to Eastern from Mack-Cali Realty Corp., where he held the position of acquisition analyst.  Prior to that, he served as REIT financial analyst for Dow Jones Teleres, the first online real estate information provider. 

He is currently the President of the Alumni Association of the SUNY New Paltz chapter and is active in civic and community affairs. 

Mr. Nigido is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing.
