Martin Ezratty has been with Eastern Consolidated since 2005. He has an extensive business background of 45 years, the last 25 of which have been in real estate.
Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Mr. Ezratty spent time in the apparel manufacturing industry with facilities in the United States, Central America, the Caribbean and Asia. His business included dealings with every major national retailer. After that as a real estate principle, he bought and sold residential apartment buildings, garden apartment complexes, retail and commercial properties and industrial buildings.
He is active in various charitable organizations and currently serves as Vice President of the Sephardic Geriatric Foundation, and as Vice President of his Co-op Board in Manhattan for the last twenty years.
Mr. Ezratty graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics.
