Gary Meese is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
Prior to Eastern, Mr. Meese was an independent advisor and worked with and consulted for private investors in various capacities in brokered and private sale transactions and investment considerations providing services including financial analyses, due diligence and market research on performing and distressed investment opportunities.
He was previously an Acquisitions and Development Associate at RFR Holding LLC. At RFR, Gary was involved in the financial analysis, market research, and due diligence of Class A office, retail, hotel and residential property acquisitions and development projects in Manhattan and South Florida valued in excess of $2.5 billion. Mr. Meese also held positions of Acquisitions Associate at Follieri-Yucaipa Investments LLC and Analyst at Multi-Capital Group LLC prior to RFR.
Mr. Meese graduated from West Virginia University, where he studied urban and regional planning and GIS as an undergraduate. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate, Finance and Investment from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
