Gabriel Saffioti is a Director at Eastern Consolidated specializing in the sale and acquisition of investment properties including office buildings, hotels, multifamily properties, development sites, retail properties, 1031 "like-kind exchange" transactions as well as the sale of non-performing debt on commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Eastern, Mr. Saffioti worked for the investment/development firm Bluezees Real Estate LLC and Currier Real Estate where he focused on value-added development projects in the multi-family, loft conversions and office sectors in markets including Detroit, Philadelphia, southeastern Florida and New York City. 

From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Saffioti served as Director of Corporate Affairs & Development for the American Australian Association, a bilateral business forum, in which capacity he worked on the United States-Australia Free Trade Agreement and the creation of the U.S. Studies Center established at the University of Sydney.  

Since 2001, he has personally negotiated, acquired and rehabilitated numerous multifamily and mixed use properties in New York City and Philadelphia. He owns several small residential and commercial properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and University City, Philadelphia. 

He is a member of the ANU North America Alumni Association, the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate Student Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Abzyme Research Foundation's Real Estate Committee and the Board of Directors of The Hamm & Clov Stage Company. 

Mr. Saffioti is a graduate of Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He is currently completing his Masters degree in Real Estate Finance from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and working towards certification with the Appraisal Institute.
