Some of Ms. Polsinelli’s noteworthy transactions include: The “Children’s Wear” office building in Midtown, The “Stefano Ricci” retail flagship on Park Avenue, the famed “Knitting Factory” building in Tribeca, the “Le Figaro Café” building on Bleecker Street, the “Interior Design Building” on the Upper West Side, the former “Chemist Club” which is now the “Dylan Hotel” on 41st Street, a 10-building/ multi-family package in Astoria, a 9-building package of townhouses in Chelsea, four prominent Upper West Side hotels, the development site now known as “Eastbridge Landing” at First Avenue, and the “State Tower” office building in Syracuse, which she sold twice. Ms. Polsinelli is also credited with a $200 million hotel development on Broadway in midtown and she has recently sold several note portfolios for lenders as well as bank REO’s.
Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Ms. Polsinelli was Associate Vice President of Investments at Marcus and Millichap. With her expertise in development and her value-added approach to traditional investment scenarios, Ms. Polsinelli has mastered the art of building lucrative portfolios for her clients.
Ms. Polsinelli’s articles have appeared widely in the Press and she is a contributing writer for several industry publications. She is the author of the weekly The Polsinelli Report, Commercial Observer's most widely read column. She has been a noted speaker for a variety of functions and panels.
Ms. Polsinelli is on the Board of Directors of both the Kidney & Urology Foundation of America and the St. George Ukrainian Foundation. She is also the President of the Parent’s Association at St. George Elementary School and organizes an annual toy drive for local children’s charities. Most notably she has served as President of 2 Fifth Avenue since 1999, a 350-unit co-op building where she founded the Council of Board Presidents of Greenwich Village. She is a member of REBNY, RSA, SPONY, ICSC and CHIP.
Ms. Polsinelli has a degree in Finance and Real Estate from New York University and also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology.
